wow. amazing trip. but right now im exhausted. i will post all the wacky pictures tomorrow. NIGHT.



ookay so here was my trip. we started out from Ga and it was a 2 and a half hour trip. we were so stoked and nervous and i have to say... i dont think words can describe how much this trip changed me as a person. yoga really is a journey. i made friends from all over the world and i traveled myself as well. i know it was only to alabama but my other classes are all over the US and there are conferences all over the WORLD. I met 2 army wives, 2 ladies from Italy, one yogi, two Yoga Fit instructors, 1 lady from Michigan, 1 form Kansas and so so much more. We learned we were all struggling with different things ranging from poses to one lady's son had passed in december. It was hard too. 8:00 am to 6:30 pm of practice and learning. It was deep and profound and i bawled when it was time to leave. Plus i experienced it all with my best friend!! i also found out that the army covers my classes so they are now free!!! haha here are the pictures and dont ask about the tribal dresses there is no way i could explain them. these pics are all out of order but ohhh welllll I LOVE YOU GUYS!
