Update. 18 days left at my horrendous job. I am still in search of an apartment in South East Portland for April. I have a lead on 3 jobs!! Today I made the BANG DIG of wraps. 
Made up this Veggie Wrap today!! (Obviously its veggie pizza with a few tweaks) Blended up(way more blended then I wanted- next time less!) celery, peppers, cucumber, broccoli and cauliflower (forgot my carrots and tomatoes!) ranch dressing powder, Neufchtel (1/3 fat than cream cheese) on a wrap. Also great with a sprinkle of low fat cheese!!!
