The last 12 hours have kinda sucked.

Last night, after a WONDERFUL bbq, Elena and I did the swing thing.. then deicded t call a cab to get home. The cabbie pulls up, was a complete dick head to us, went 60MPH down 30MPH roads, had ot be given instructions, and swore under his breath either about us or the people in front of him.. I'm not sure which. When we finally arrive to the apartments I hand him my credit card.. he gets pissy over that... runs it, has me sign the paper and we get out to leave... only to have start honking at us.. so i go back.. seems my credit card was declined.. which makes no sense.. it's a debit card and I just got paid Friday.

Soooo Elena runs in gets her card and tries to run that while I go isnide and try to find out whats up with the account. He runs her card and says it was declined as well so he starts yelling ta her.. THROWS all of our stuff at her and drives off yelling 'Fuck you!'

So we're like.. err okay... anyway.. websight for my bank is down.. I couldn't check it till today. When I do check it it it says I have plenty of cash in the bank.. and go figure theres a transaction for Broadway Cab Comapny for...

FIFTY DOLLARS

This was a 14.80 dollar cab ride.

WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON????!!!

I called the cab comapany with his information... and was informaed that they can't do anything until tomrrow.

*growls*

Onto even more depressing news.

I talked to my friend Allan today.. he leaves for iraq in less than 6 months... I asked him if there was anyway for me to keep tabs on the army lists to see if hes still alive.. there isn't of course.. and god knows if he dies no one is going to call me and inform me.. I'll just spend my days wondering.
