A NEW ENGINE FOR MY GIRL!!
This morning my car was picked up for transport to my buddies auto shop. (he lives in Hesperia which is about 70 miles from me) I am having a new rebuilt engine installed on my car! She's a 2000 Honda Accord, and has taken good care of me, so I decided to give her a new life after putting over 230,000 miles on this engine! She was beginning to lose compression and feeling a little rough at times. So rather than getting into dept with a new car, I decided on this route instead! I'm getting a great fucken deal from my friend... he owns the shop and will install the engine for $1,500 clams! That includes the engine, labor and all parts... Hell you can't beat that with an ugly stick baby! Plus... I get a loaner from him while he works on mine! I'm glad I still have a few good friends who are not pussy whipped by their wives, LOL!
I should have my wheels back in about two week's, and I'll be happier than flies on shit!
The moral of this story is?
Good friends are hard to find. But when you do... hold on tight to them with both hands!
And be a good friend in return!!
