Had a good jam tonight.


For the first hour I was really trying to get something out, but it took forever,..

I was mainly on the bass tonight, but had some good drum time in as well.

Sometimes I get so fucking impatient about this.
Sometimes I see myself and don't like what I see unless I'm making a face or something,..
Sometimes I feel like my best efforts are childish
Sometimes I feel very good about it.

I had a lot of mixed emotions tonight.

i felt cheap at work today being whiped and stripped by technology,..

the effect it has on my mind, body and soul sometimes is very dis-heartening.
