ok... newbie here again. is there a way for me to write you all back individually when you 'comment' on my journal? or do i just 'comment' on one of your journal entries when you ask me questions... or do i just answer in my next journal entry? ahh... the safe and naive life of a newbie!

chicago is a great place to live, i made the mistake of moving away after living there for 21 years. now i live in the western suburbs. i plan on moving back in august, but i am lucky enough to get to work there once a week. i'll be in town friday hanging out, i can't wait. i haven't hung out in chicago since before i moved, so it's going to be sweet.

yeah, the weather in the city sucks, but out where i am is even worse. it's all cornfields so there's nothing to break the wind, so the wind chill is always like 20 degrees colder than what it really is. the heat in chicago definately sucks too, i don't know how it is in michigan, but it gets freakin hot here. that's when you bust out the beer and drink the summer away.
