so today instead of working my boss conned me into attending the arts council's 2004 art awards lucheon. these sort of affairs are not my thing. the cool part was that out of the six awards given i worked on four of them in some way or another. so it was cool to see people i knew getting recognition. however- i was at a table with board member types who i didn't know. and who i was about 20 years younger than. stimulating conversation it was not. oh well. it beats working for a living.

hope to catch up with some of my long lost sgct friends this weekend. drinks anyone?
