had a great time last night with the sg peeps. chiquitabonita and su came over for dinner. i of course didn't cook, but we had some lovely take out. su unfortunatly had to get on the road and was unable to stay for the festivities that followed. conceptor and sei actually made it! and after some awkward ok i don't really know you but... website?........ummm.... kinda stuff i think they were able to settle in and have some fun. it was great to meet you guys. jawyoga and alienprincess were also in attendance. our dear karebear finally was released from her normal work routine and was able to come out, no doubt inspired by the promise of magic hat #9's. karebear also brought a lovely friend who we all tried to convince to join the site. and of course our fearless group leader and photodocumentarian welntaod was on hand to capture all the fun. can't wait to see the pics. another lovely evening of drinking, air hockey, conversation and tunes. we ended sometime after 3 once welntaod and i had our usual slightly drunken music discussion and had retired to the kitchen to watch karebear and friend craft literary gold on my fridge. judging from a) there was no beer left and b) someone wrote penis in my mini zen rock garden i believe the evening was a success. i made the awful mistake of falling asleap before hydrating, so i woke up with a monster of a hangover and make it to work at about the crack of noon. irresponsable yes, but it was a fun night. you people rock. hope to see you soon.
