So, vacation is coming up and I just found out my roommate is leaving and i may not be paid rent this month. I had plans to go with my roommate to North Star in Tahoe to do some mountain biking the last week of this month. But he's not going and now it looks like i may not even have the money to go myself....

I have not been climbing nearly enough, work and crap. But it is super awesome to be able to throw the crash pad in the car and be on some great problems in less than 20 minutes.
In regards to your blog...it sucks you don't have the money to go to Tahoe, but count yourself lucky you get to consider it. I'm stuck at work during the summer, with little chance of escape. My best bet is Park City, Utah in September...'til then I'm stuck at my desk, in the field, or on the fire line.
I hope you get to go, if not now, in the near future!
