I forsee many hours spent on this new online vice.
I am doing good these days... although Portland's rainy season has come (this means approx. 9 months of rain) I have yet to get the SADs (Seasonal Affect Disorder) which I usually have by now. I can't beilieve I haven't felt it yet, but I suppose that being on vacation has helped. I like to say to people, like coworkers, that 'I have SAD'... but I hope I don't have to say that this year. I can't believe the progress I am making in terms of mental health... Its all due to good therapy and accupuncture, I swear!
