currently I am reading Harry Potter books like there is no manana. one night, despite having taken an ambien, I stayed up until 5 am reading the fourth one. I absolutely could not stop until I had finished, and had to be at work at 9. I tried not to fall back to sleep, but alas around 8 I dozed. made it to work though.
yeah, i think ambien is a bunch of crap. it makes me feel funny when i stand up when i have taken one, but it doesn't help me sleep a whole lot. last time i took one i slept for 3 hours and was awake the rest of the night. ass i tell you. i saw an ad about one that has two coats of pill, so you fall asleep and it kicks in again after 4 hours. maybe i will ask for that.
well, i'm off.

As you may remember, I have an herbal sleep remedy that works wonders...it's green and makes me laugh a lot, then makes me very drowsy. A perfect drug!
Now, Ambien and I have always had a very strange relationship. It works beautifully for awhile, but if I take it for an extended period it makes me wake up after about three hours just like you. So I started taking both Ambien and Diphenhydramine (Unisom) together, and that worked for awhile, but then I got to where I couldn't sleep without the Ambien at all. It took me awhile to wean myself off of it...it's a bitch, that drug. Not to mention pricy.
Anyway, how's everything going for you? We should catch up sometime...
