My heart is sad because Sleater-Kinney is no longer. I am very lucky to have seen their last show though. It was really awesome. The only shitty thing was that Eddie Vedder (I don't know how to spell his name) opened for them, sort of. He played 3 songs with his shaky ass voice. But once the band came on it was sooooo much fun!

I have to go to work, and I definately drank too much last night. I have a nasty bout of dehydration and tummy ache. its ass.

I will try to write more about the show later. it was a very sweet goodbye.

so yeah, the show was wunnerful! I sold one of the tickets because my friend couldn't make it to portland. then i ended up in line with the guy i sold the ticket to and another dude. they were both from out of town. turns out one of them is staying at his aunt's house for a week which just happens to be two doors down from my house. weird. so we shared a cab home after the show and ended up hanging out for a bit at my house. he is hardcore into the band and in love with corin tucker. so i learned a lot of interesting facts about sleater-kinney. like the fact that the last song they played was about corin and carrie's breakup and how carrie wasn't really that upset about it and corin was and blah blah blah. he kind of talks a lot. but its nice cuz then i don't have to.

so i am feeling less hungover now, and it is almost 11pm. that was a bad one. it was the result of two nights of drinking lots and lots of makers mark. but fun.

i fear it is bedtime my damies.

i just might be able to write more later. who knows. i haven't much energy at this juncture in time.
