Ingredients
1 cup whole milk
1 cup light cream
4 grams cannabis
5 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
5 tablespoons sugar
1 pinch salt
1 pinch cinnamon

Directions
Combine the milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Once the salt and sugar have dissolved, add the light cream, cinnamon, vanilla, and finely chopped cannabis. Bring to just under a boil and add the chocolate. Turn the heat off, and stir until the chocolate has melted. Serve in a mug, and top with whipped cream and freshly grated nutmeg, or whip cream and orange zest, or stick to the classic marshmallows! (courtesy of marijuana.com)

Hi there!

As you may remember, I have an herbal sleep remedy that works wonders...it's green and makes me laugh a lot, then makes me very drowsy. A perfect drug!

Now, Ambien and I have always had a very strange relationship. It works beautifully for awhile, but if I take it for an extended period it makes me wake up after about three hours just like you. So I started taking both Ambien and Diphenhydramine (Unisom) together, and that worked for awhile, but then I got to where I couldn't sleep without the Ambien at all. It took me awhile to wean myself off of it...it's a bitch, that drug. Not to mention pricy.

Anyway, how's everything going for you? We should catch up sometime...
