Sean made the BIGGEST pot of Gumbo I've ever seen. I cut veggies for a good portion of yesterday. By hand because we don't have a food processor here. 
Six GIGANTIC white onions, tons of green, yellow and red peppers, a couple stalks of celery, and two huge bundles of green onions.
I was spared having to help cut and peel the potato's for the potato salad.
I didn't end up helping with the deviled eggs either.
I made two huge ass pans of green bean cassorole. Enough for 50 people.
Only two people (including myself) ate the cassorole.

whatever~ some people in America don't even like gb casorole. I affectionately refer to these people as
freaks.
