My friends will be here tomorrow. They are getting on a plane in San Francisco. They'll fly to London then to Dublin.

Anyone know anything good for JetLag? I think I heard something about running around in socks on the carpets. (This may have been in the movie When Harry Met Sally) Burning Grapefruit Oil is supposed to be good too.
