Oct 27th~ Mid Day
I'm making duck tonight for dinner.
Please cross you fingers for me. I have been getting a bit more creative in the kitchen lately. Sometimes it works out sometimes it doesn't. Let's just say I'm no Betty Crocker. I thought Duck sounded good. Tomorrow I'm making lasagna from scratch. Oddly enough alot of the junk I've been throwing down lately has been getting chowed down. I bought a buncha those Oven bags and have been baking tons of things in them.
I don't think I've ever used the oven this much. Tonight I didn't use an oven bag I used tin foil. I read something that said tin foil would work better on a turkey so I figured maybe it would work better on a duck as well.

note:even though this is a line from Jay and Silent Bob movie~ when I read it I keep thinking of Mrs. Potato Head in Toy Story2.
I think it's cuz she makes Mr. Potato take his angry eyes with him when they go looking for Woody. My mind works in a very odd way.

We ended up going to the wax museum today. Look for a pic of Elle Blowing superman. *wicked grin*

Early Oct 26th morning:
Guinness was f*ing rad. I thought there was only 9 spin-off tours on the Dublin Tour but it turned out to be 19.
I bought way too much stuff at the freaking Guinness souvenir shop. I want some of the old tin signs. (replicas)
