Beautiful weekend! Sunny and warm. We got the back yard all cleaned up and it looks so nice. All winter it had been looking like something behind a double wide. And not a nice one. One that's been uninhabited for a long time, with a rusted out roof, and is starting to lean slightly in an attemp to tip over.
Anyway, I was thinking about...

What a beautiful day! It was in the low 70's, sunny, no clouds and so lovely. I have been waiting for a day like this since winter began. I even got a little sunburn from being out all day. I forget that can happen even when it's not hot. I just don't pay attention to the sun until it is scorching my brains. I love...

Lots of randomness has been going through my head lately. I've been thinking about hell, or more to the point the lack there of. Thanking god for doctors becuase I have had a few people close to me in need of knowledgable people to help them. Children and the beauty of inocence. The tradgedy of it's loss, especially at the hands of others. I think...

Buggy scored $12.65 from the eggs she found at my grandpa's house today. Go bug! She's finally at an age where she gets holidays and remembers a bit from last year, or at least the concept of what happened. Teeny on the other hand slept through the hunt and just liked to suck on the plastic...

It sounds like you had a lovely Easter. Its one of those holidays that just isn't the same without children. They bring their own special joy.
I just checked my email......Its been a long time for me, so long I thought (until recently) it was "out of my system". If you go back in my journal far enough, you'll know that my husband knowing is only a recent phenomenon. I'm lucky for the understanding that we've come to. A lucky lucky girl!
Welcome to the site! I'd love to have a new friend!

Today's subject is much less intense than the last. I'd like to espouse the virtues of napping. I love to nap. If it were an Olympic sport I would have a gold metal. I take that back, I would have several. I do not take napping lightly. If I am going to lay down, I like to have a couple of hours of uninterupted time....

Napping should be mandatory everywhere. It would help curb irritablility & anxiety. We'd have the ability to function at our peak more than once a day. In general, people would be happier & treat each other more respectfully.....The world would be such a better place!
I've been thinking a lot about religion the past few days with Easter being on it's way. I am a religious person, but feel everyone's spiritual journey is personal and how ever they travel along the journey is their choice. I have a hard time thinking about how some people can be athiest. I'm not judging that stance, there are many people with very valid...

wow.. that was definately deep..
i also dont understand how people choose athiesm.
for me, its harder to believe that this world & everything in existance stemed from an explosion or something. but then again, this was my upbringing. i was always told the same things over and over. so @ this point, i almost feel like i was brainwashed. but i hear ya that spirituality is important. but now im trying to figure out what my actual beliefs are. i think kids especially should be introduced to what other religions believe. and then once they know that theres other people out there that believe in different stuff, that the parental unit should say and son/daughter - this is what i believe.
personally, i feel like the "community" is where the BS lies.
all the churches i was in growing up always had major issues with double standards, backbiting & hush hush drug problems. *shakes head in disbelief*
so that, along w/the death of my father.. ive strayed majorly from religion itself. but i definately have felt the spirituality lately....
i really could go for some pb ice cream now too.. definately! ♥
*sorry for rambling, but i guess you hit a spot or something..*

I was thinking about dreaming this morning. There is a friend of my brothers who he, his wife and a few other think is gay. This is someone they have all known since grade school. Just recently things have started to happen and he has gone into a major depression and they are starting to wonder. Since they all are guys, no one will talk...

This is something new I am trying out. I have been wanting to write for a while and I tend to not edit so much when I type because I have to look at the keyboard instead of the writing, so maybe a more fluid stram will pour out. I can't spell and don't care to take the time to check or correct, so think...
