Ugh, time to update. Sorry its been a little while, just wanted to write and say that I didn't die or anything.
This past week has been hell. My depression meds leveled off, and I've been drifting between uncontrollable rage and sobbing.
Anything (I really mean it) has been making me cry. I pulled out some old tapes from when I was little, and I've been crying all day. I'm watching "Follow That Bird", where Big Bird leaves Sesame Street to go live with another bird family, and when he says goodbye to Snuffy, I just broke down in tears. I'm meeting with the Dr. tomorrow morning.
P.S. I read and respond to everyone's journals later, I'm going to go back to bed now.
