Seriously, I must be doing something right... everything always works out in my favor. Maybe it's just the way I look at things, but whatever it is I have no complaints.

I came home this summer with the understanding that I wouldn't have to get a job if I helped out around the house and at my Girl Hoppas (grandpa). But ever since my mom saw my tattoo... shit has hit the fan, and that willingness has faded away.

So I came to the conclusion that I needed a job ASAP. Came home yesterday, searched on craigslist, contacted a few people, and had two interviews by noon!!



I had an interview/practice test for photographing, developing, and selling pictures to passengers of the Nautica Queen. The guy who showed me the ropes was real cool. He has two more interview...ies, but said I pretty much had the job on a number of occasions. I really hope I do!! It would be perfect. It doesn't matter that I'm leaving in two months... AND my tattoos are aloud to be visible!!!!! We also got free food at the end, hah.

I mean... photography and sailors... what more could I ask for?!

Tomorrow I have an interview at a salon as a receptionist. Hopefully they're cool with tattoos and the fact that I'm leaving soon! If not, I really hope the first job works out because I really enjoyed it
