Do not under any circumstances, wear 6" spike platform heels to walk around in all night, if you took a Spinning class the day before.

That said, good times last night! I was the pickup artist for the Derby Burlesque show, and some fine people came out last night.

Wonderful to meet Bailey! She's very funny and pictures definitely do not do her justice. Her ink is rad, needless to say. Speaking of other rad ink, Tegan has a lovely backpiece that I somehow missed before.

Pretty pretty Claudia, the always dynamic Voltaire (who ended up whistling Duke Ellington in my ear, how awesome is that!?), EricAllen listened to some of my terrible jokes, bean and Shalome came out later as she had to work late, but they made it, and even former member spacepod made an appearance. He showed up wearing $300+ New Rocks and I am jealous. Major boot envy here.

It was nice to meet wan, and I can't wait to hear his band someday.

If I'm so shy, then how the hell do I walk around on a stage scantily clad? Ah, the mysteries of me, they are plentiful.
