(1)...owned a restaurant, what kind of food would you serve?
Probably a wide range, some healthy stuff, some very way oh my goodness NO! bad for you stuff, and cuisine in between. My favorite is sushi, so definitely some of that as well, perhaps some Greek, Indian, Mexican, Italian, and other versions of Mediterranean.
(2)...owned a small store, what kind of merchandise would you sell?
Definitely handmade soaps and toiletries, shoes, books, magazines, vintage-y eclectic fun. I would try and design most of the shoes myself (now why did I never do anything with my Shoe Design Certificate?!), I would make all the soaps, and I would let my friends sell their stuff too, make it a trading post of sorts.
(3)...wrote a book, what genre would it be?
Good question! Perhaps some of my semi-autobiographical prose, I've got stories that you wouldn't beeeeeelieve.
(4)...ran a school, what would you teach?
Not sure, I know a little bit about a lot of stuff, but am a master of none.

I think it would be my laptop musician work, the weird blips and bleeps I used to make in random software programs, combined with my random sampling.
