Why do women have to go through soo much freakin pain when they get there periods..I get the worst cramps every single time..i feel like curling up in a ball and crying all day...this shit sucks

The first day of my period I won't even leave the house I'm usually in so much pain. I really don't like the idea of 20-30 more years of this.
