Wooooohooooo!!! We won, we won, we won. Thank you for your support. . The great thing about this season is that this head coach has only won 3 games in his first 2 seasons combined and we have won 7 this year already. The seniors have won more games this year than their first 3 years of their football careers combined also.

I have been having trouble sleeping for a few weeks now but I think that my exercise regiment with the cardio will help that out. I am really excited for a few good movies that are coming out and I can't wait to see.

I have decided to go back to therapy because frankly it helps and my head it all fucked up right now and I am on my last refill of my meds. The only thing about this therapy called Cognitive processing is that it follows a certain schedule and it does a very good job dealing with the past and things that have happened. But there is no room for the present and how I feel right now and things that I am thinking and going through right now because of the past.
