ok....first...the camp/day care employees are not watching the kids in the pool. and then they are picking them up and throwing them in the pool. while they are standing next to the no jumping sign....they let the kids poo in the pool 2 or 3 times a week...and when this happens the just grab the group of kids and leave without saying anything. WTF! i dont go in there play room and drop one on the carpet and walk out. these kids arent babies....the need to know better and get out and use the bathroom. the worst part is the employees told me "when the poop we take them out right away." WTF! take them to the bathroom before they shit in the water! sigh...
next..dont set up a group of swimmers for 730 am when the pool doesnt open til 8 am. then when they come in and i have no idea what is going on cause i just got there...dont get pissed when something goes wrong. you need to tell me what is going on so i can serve the guests correctly.
and if you make 50/hr....dont bitch cause you have to work 3 hours a day.i am getting paid a small fraction of what you get and i am there 8+ hours a day and wake up at 5 am and drive an hour. you are a massage therapist. you get paid 50 an hour..STFU and get the oils and get to work.
