Funny story actually.
Steve's busy doing some big chest piece on a butch skinhead when I get there, so I wait, wander round watch the process etc.
This guy keeps flinching and yelping which I was dying to laugh at, but didn;t so he didn;t feel too bad.
So anyway, he gets up and says he'll have a fag break, and Steve says to watch him ink me when he gets back.
So we start and the outline hurts like a bitch but I never move, just keep chatting with Steve seeing as I haven;t been to see him for ages. And Big Butch man comes back in after his fag and gawps like an idiot because not only has it only been 10-15 minutes, but my first swallow is outlined and half coloured and I still haven't yelped.
So swallow One is now done, and Butch man is in awe of me, asking me all these questions.
I was beginning to feel like a minor celebrity when Steve starts telling him and another woman who's arrived for a butterfly on her leg that I'm his little toughnut and I never show pain.
Left side swallow hurts like a complete motherfucker.
So I pay up, admire the work, get a burger & waddle upstairs because my hips are agony now.
Next tattoo: white rabbit.
