Took down the pictures of my new tattoo -- you know, the ones I didn't tell anyone but Odette about. biggrin Ya'll don't get to see any more 'til it's done. Ha ha. Going back on the 26th for the next session. In case you missed it when I've said it or when any number of our beautiful SG's said it, ymonster rules. *runs off to rate him in the SG Directory*

And hey, while you're there, say hi to me.

Not much to report here. Still sick. frown Work's about to get busy I think.

While I was in Denver, I had a great music geek conversation with a bunch of friends. Going around the table, answering a few questions which I now pose for you:

1: Best rock/pop album ever, criticaly. If someone held a gun to your head and made you pick the one best record form a critical standpoint (i.e., as a critic) from the history of rock/pop (we're excluding blues, jazz, etc), what would it be?

2: Your personal one record from rock/pop, if different. The one record that you personally love the most.

3: Your personal top three U2 songs. (All at the table in Denver are big U2 fans, so haters may obviously abstain from this one.)

4: Your favorite Pixies record.

My answers:
1: Rolling Stones Exile on Main St.
2: couldn't decide between Genesis The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway, U2 The Joshua Tree, and Bob Dylan Blood On the Tracks. (Yeah, I broke my own rule on that one. Pull the trigger.)
3: (in random order) 1: "Exit" (from Joshua Tree); 2: "A Day Without Me" (from Boy); 3: it's a toss-up between "A Sort of Homecoming" (from Unforgettable Fire) and "Acrobat" (from Acthung Baby).
4: Trompe le Monde

OK -- your turn!
