order has now been cancelled. We have recently undergone some system
upgrades that have caused some problems with a very limited amount of
customer orders...
Nice last minute fucking email! It goes on to say I can re-submit my order, but their homepage says it's too late to order for Chrismas. Lot of fucking good re-submitting will do. "Merry Christmas. Here's an empty box. Its contents will arrive in a week."
I can't contact them because they're closed on weekends. They should make their team work overtime and ship everything next day air and eat the costs. This leaves me with no christmas presents for a lot of people at the last minute, and I'm travelling all day tomorrow and unable to shop.
I don't know whether to laugh or congratulate you.
