Ok. So. I have TWO boudoir/intimate portraiture endeavors going on and have had them for a few years. MattiasGraves Photography is my MAIN thing... it's my bodyscapes and classic boudoir. My clients are typically moms and newlyweds (the typical boudoir client)… and my OTHER company is ElegantOrchid; where my ideal clients are the more alternative... tattoo/piercing friendly, hair dyed... cool women. For both I want to offer the private/discreet boudoir experience with upscale locations and amazing shots but my main focus is to empower them to find strength in their sensuality and sexuality. I'm keeping it FAR apart from my previous porn endeavors and I guess I'm being a little scared people think I want to get back into that... I don't.
But I think it's SUPER important women (especially in THIS day and age) see their sexuality as something natural... healthy... and absolutely awesome! Not something to shun and feel shame about. I want my photo sessions to be an opportunity to open that closet door and let out WHATEVER steps out. To have the model experience and then be able to go home and be the CEO or Accoutnant or Doctor or Lawyer or Mom she is.
ENTER MY PROBLEM.
My websites mostly have male following and none of them interact. I don't WANT men... but that's all I'm appealing to. :( I really feel passionate about my direction and feel like it's the culmination of EVERYTHING I've done in my life. I just don't know HOW or WHERE to find clients!
Ladies, any insight from you on where and HOW would be a great help!!
In case you DON'T know me... I'm happily married, 100% professional, and don't see my photography as a way to get laid (it's my passion and my dream to create amazing art). How do I connect with the women who TRULY NEED my services???? Do they even exist???
