This upcoming Father's Day, my family is taking me to the Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin Dells. I haven't been to the Dells since I was ten or eleven. Being able to bring my biggest little (4yo) will certainly be magical for him. I'm excited to get as many photos of this time as I can. Fuck me being tired, or the fact that I'll literally be there for the two days I normally have OFF just so I can come back to town and go to work. But I get a three day weekend next week, so it's not all bad.
I remember a time in my life when I couldn't wait to have a family. Goal achieved, and they're right... there is no manual for that.
I had a dream that I had scheduled a shoot each day we were gone and I gotta admit, it felt good. I think I'm going to shoot for that... to be like Steve Aoki. Work 365, following my passion. Maybe I'll start after I get home...
