One of the best parts of my job is working with models who are just absolutely incredible! One of these is a young woman I've been working with quite a bit lately. Her presence and her strength is just incredible to watch. I love watching her unfold through my lens.

At the end of the day it's just numbers, and numbers don't have any reflection on you or your work. I have to tell myself this a lot because it's easy for me to get caught up in the numbers game too. But after a lot of hard work and years of sticking by it, I'm finally getting there. If photography is what you love, don't ever give up. It may not end up being your main source of income, and that's okay. But never give up something you love and are passionate about.

Age is just a number, love is for real.

I hope when my wife and I are 50+ we can love each other as my clients from yesterday. She was so self conscious in the beginning, but as they began to make love her age dropped like a silk robe and she began to glow like a star. It was truly beautiful to photograph.
