16 days. No smoking.

Had an anxiety attack that nearly pushed me to it. Thank god StrongBhoy was there to make sure I didn't give in, or Saturday night would have did me in.

In other news:

The only "smoking" that would have been done that weekend would have been a "Smokin' Joe Frazier" left hook to some asshole fans at the Final Five...which was still awesome even though every team we rooted for lost.

Nah man, this is entirely different, so don't feel it has anything to do with you at all. This is "my shit". haha

This is my subconscious running because of my Mom's death, and maybe I'm more susceptible because I'm run down and under the weather anyway, but I'd rather see my best friends and deal with my life than not.

Shouldn't have been two days of it, the "stress" would have been over. We will see what tonight brings. I feel fine now, but this stuff builds for hours upon hours it seems.

I do need this type of stuff in a way too, to get a move on with my life, negative to a positive.

I think Jen is coming in anyway and we are just going to play it by ear. It's not "social", just physical.

It could be worse, I'll just try to fight through this shit like I did before and if it persists after the first, then I'll jump on that new med I told you about and see if that helps.

I made it through St. Patricks day without even thinking about it. Being around 4 smokers, and not bothered by it.

72 hours into this whole "no smoking" thing.

I think it's helping because nothing triggered me to stop. I ran out of cigarettes, and have had very little desire to go get more.

Hope this continues going down this road.
