after going for a run. Ran 1.9 miles. Looked at my stopwatch on my phone...I almost broke down.
It's been a while since I've committed to something long enough to appease myself. Working out 5 days a week, playing baseball and trying my hand at hockey, and running on a near daily basis.

Yeah, I was hoping to get back into the "secret heavyweight club" with morning workouts and sparring but it has been postponed until my friend (Larry who you met briefly) is 100% sure he gets a fight lined up. Baaaahhhhhh
