Well, things are getting pretty intense on the home front right now. This July 4th was one to forget that's for sure. Nikki and I had a little get-together which was nice, cuz the food worked out great and the people enjoyed themselves.
That was before I clogged the shitter. Yep, clogged it right up. And no plunger in the house. Women + beer and a non-working toilet = the raging death. So after roaming my new neighborhood asking people if they had a plunger(freaked out some old lady-I think she thought it was a ploy to get mugged), I finally went to a corner store that was open and bought one. Geez that blew. Plus Nikki and I are not feeling good about things. We both feel that we are not providing a certain element to the relationship that is required. There are other reasons as well, but that is the most significant issue right now. I love her so much, but I think we should just relax for a while and not have to be responsible for anyone's feelings but our own.
We will have to continue to live with each other, but as friends which I know we can do. I wish things in life were a little more simple. Being with someone takes a lot of work, but It shouldn't be a chore. And I don't know how it has gotten to that point.
