Girlfriend somehow manages to scrounge up some cash and buys herself clothes and goes out drinking with friends. Girlfriend does buy boyfriend flowers.

Does boyfriend have the right to be upset at situation? Because next time boyfriend asks girlfriend to go out, she'll say she's too broke.
