I got totally reamed out at work today. I really thought it was going to be a good day. I worked with people I like. I got some great movies and records I have been wanting. I had some orange juice and a bagel, egg and cheese sammich for breakfast. Things were good. Then I get the call. Apparently, I sent back the Christmas cd's to our main warehouse(for the stores) way too early. Holt shit! You mean, people can't buy some lousy Christmas music AFTER Christmas?!?
O.k. calm down, there's GOTTA be a solution here. Maybe someone will get upset. Maybe someone will go somewhere else for there damned xmas music. Or maybe, just maybe someone will mutter rude and incoherent insults under their breath.
This is the bullshit I had to deal with today. I seriously thought I was going to lose my job. That is how pissed off my boss was at me today. There are people who lose limbs at machinery jobs and my boss is freaking out over Xmas cd's.
Whatever force is out there, please grant me the peace I need to laugh at this one.
