As soon as the SG Playlist homework was started by @missy and @rambo I knew it was only a matter of time before a Break Up playlist made an appearance. I had an elaborate plan with making sections of songs for the different stages of break ups: the F YOU phase, weepy/depressed, acceptance, first sighting/encounter after, etc.
Well know that it's time I am gonna be lazy. These songs cover the gamut of emotions from break ups and I tried not to use super well known songs. So sorry you will not find Don't Speak or the Cure here. What you will find is some country. A break up drove me to my country roots (I spent many a night in country bars as a kid). Everyone knows the cliche that country songs are about either love, breakups, dogs, or trucks. Not to worry this playlist isn't all country songs. There should be something for everyone. I forgot a ton of songs I thought would be good for this playlist. Oh well. One final note. I have mostly been the dumpee and not the dumper so fair warning lol.
