Today has sucked hard. I had to miss another day from work. I left early to get gas, I was on my way when the electrical system in my car failed. The power steering went out and the battery light came on. I pulled over and thought Id wait a bit for a cop to go by since it was cold, raining and the idea of walking along the side of the highway in the dark didnt strike me as a good idea. Well two hours later the car was freezing and no cops had shown up. I walked half an hour to get to the closest gas station to call for help, since I still cant afforded to get my cell phone activated. I have the car towed in to the shop and miss a day of work to find out that the belt fell off, and for no apparent reason. My car is perfectly fine, the damn belt just decided to fall off because, I guess, god hates me. Bastard. When your mechanic that youve known for years goes over the engine with a fine tooth comb and still has do idea how the belt could have come off, thats a problem.
