Well I feel a little stupid now. For the past year and a half Ive been trying to figure out how to build portable displays for the airbrush tattoo booth Ive been trying to get together. Its actually one of the main reasons why I havent finished getting the setup together. I didnt want to put all of this work into a portable system and have it look like crap; that isnt good marketing and I want to do this right. I started looking around on the web for sites that sell tradeshow booths and kiosks. I was thinking that maybe I could figure out how to build something that met my criteria. It has to be easily portable and preferably collapsible since I dont have a lot of room around here to store things. I had found a site that had some pictures and some exploded drawings of how they were assembled. The only problem was it was for displays that have fabric stretched around forming the side walls and I still didnt know how to attach the fabric. I figured Id try to figure something out when it hit me to do a patent search on Google. I did and sure enough I found lots of stuff that I could use with totally explained construction drawings. Now why the hell didnt I think of that a year ago? Oh well, off to bed and back up to work so I can go over these patents and figure out a setup. Yeah, I figure if I dont have any customers I may as well use my time for something constructive.
