I Wanna Geek Girl!
Yeah, you heard me right I wanna geek girl. I want a anime watching, manga reading, video game playing, glasses wearing, cosplaying geek. Oh, and a little kinky wouldnt hurt either. OK, you ask, what the hell brought that on? Well, Ill tell you. I live in the great state of Kansas. There are a lot of great things about living in Kansas and unfortunately there is one huge drawback; the female dating population. Let me spell it out for you, there are two groups of single women. The first well call Group A. Group A consists of 19-30 year olds. Now I have dated women that young and its ok, the only problem is a life experience issue; most of them freak out over the stupidest shit imaginable. Ive seen girls this age break down into hysterics because they got a B instead of an A or they got a bad haircut or some other seriously unimportant thing. At this age they usually havent figured out how not to sweat the small stuff. Now the second groups we will call Group B. Group B consists of 31 and over women. For the most part there is one thing wrong with this group; if theyre singe at this age, its probably for a reason. Ive had women Ive just met get seriously pissed off if I am unable to text message them or call them for a day or so because, well, you know, I have a life and a job and a host of other responsibilities. Ive h ad another do the same and when I told her I was working open to close that day and sick as a dog the day before I was accused of playing games with her. You wanna hear the funny part? We hadnt even met face to face yet. Hows that for fucked up? There is also a major problem that encompasses both groups; they are boring as fuck. Usually they have no interests other than TV, food and work and have no ambition to do, well, anything.
OK, so what the hell does all that have to do with geek girls? Well, Im glad you asked. First, geek girls have interests and hobbies. They also usually have friends, usually other geeks but they do have a social circle to interact with. In other words kids, they have LIVES! There is also one other thing that usually sets true geek girls apart; if you ask a group of their friends to describe them using one word, the word nice never enters into it. I FUCKING HATE NICE GIRLS! They are usually boring doormats and who the hell wants to hang around that? I not saying geek girls are not nice people, but the usually have a bit of an edge to their personality. Seriously, their sense of humor is usually at least a bit twisted and you usually dont have to constantly guard what you say around them out of fear of offending them.
