I don't know how much longer I can hold out without snapping
The situation at work has gone from the toilet to the sewer. None of my employees will do what I tell them to at night and three out of the five other managers won't back me up on anything. My department was so trashed when I came in on Monday that it took me over 5 hours to get it half way cleaned back up and it still isn't finished. I am two months behind in all of my paperwork and financials because I'm too busy doing everyone else's job. I'm going to start checking the job postings every day from now on and as soon as something back on the Kansas side opens up I'm bailing.
