You have got to wonder what goes on in people's minds sometimes.
I don't know if any of you have had the same experiences but let me share some of the one's I've had lately. I am a member of a few dating sites and a few things are jumping out at me about the locals on these sites in general. If you take the time to become a member of any site, weather it's a normal dating site or one focused on finding sex partners, why lie? Seriously, there is no point; you're going to be found out, usually pretty quickly. Some of the more obvious ones have been: being sent a picture of someone else or being mislead in who the person is in a group picture, being lied to about their age, height, weight or some other physical aspect, whether they were married or in a relationship, what kind of relationship they wanted or the things they were interested in.
I have no idea why people think this is a good strategy. The only thing it will succeed in doing is wasting everyone's time; If you are married or are in a relationship, fine, say that up front and if you have permission to play with others. Also, if you are looking for an exclusive relationship or to get married, say so. Don't try to play like you want a friend with benefits. It's happened a few times that on the second or third time being together the other person is making out the guest list and picking out china patterns. As far as the physical stuff goes, get over that. No one is perfect and no one expects you to be perfect. Besides, everyone's idea of perfect is different anyway so no one person is perfect to everyone. I've been with thin girls and not so thin girls and believe me, its attitude that makes the real difference. If you are having fun and getting into things, that's what counts; if you've seen the Paris Hilton porn tape, you know what I mean. Many people would say she's got a great body but in that tape she looks like the worst lay ever; no playfulness, no excitement, no passion. I've been with girls who many people would find average, even a little on the unattractive side that were an absolute blast to be with because they had the best attitude, really got into things and loved every minute of it.
I see these places as a great way to meet great new people and have fun, more people need to just let themselves go, get over themselves and have a good time.
