I think I'm suffering from terminal boredom, the only thing that's keeping my sanity at the moment is the fact that I'll be ordering my new camera this weekend. I'm finely getting a digital SLR, specifically a Canon Rebel XTi. We sell them at work for $700 but I found a place online that has them for $474 with free shipping. I got my tax refund and its a few bucks short so I'm waiting until I get paid Friday. I've also decided to go back to college part time. I'll be taking Intro to Photography and Small Business Management. The management class is online so I'll only have to worry about going to one class. Honestly that really sucks because for some bizarre reason I love going to school and I'd much rather go to class than take one online but with the way my work schedule is I'll have to take what I can get.
I want to take some time off from work this summer just to get away, no place in particular. I'd like to just drive around, take pictures, maybe do a little camping, etc. Ideally I'd love to take a couple of weeks but I know that isn't going to happen, there's no way in hell they'll let me off that long. I'll consider myself lucky to get one week, which really sucks because I have about a month of vacation time saved up.
