how many different ways has your heart been broken? the serious heart breaks are related to either being abandoned or being lied to.

how many different people, events or ideas have broken your heart? more than ten.

do you remember the first time your heart was broken and by whom or what? my dad gradually left the family. it took about ten years, but it started when i was in grade four. i haven't seen him in almost fifteen years.

do you remember the most recent time your heart was broken and by whom or what? yes. very recently i let a girl break my heart - one of those too-beautiful, damaged, untouchable girls.

what did it feel like? something like this:

what did you learn if anything? i remembered that it is my attachment to an imagined future outcome that causes my mind to tell my heart to break. we'll see if i remember that the next time.
