journey to humbling reflection
my trip to the east coast was a very humbling
experience for me. it was educational for me in
many ways to see what lies down the
road for all of us.
not one of us going to live forever.
nothing can save any of us
from our own demise.
i feel its best to see the truth of our
mortality unflinchingly. its ok to die.
the only thing we really have here
is our time. the choices we make as
to what to do with it are parmount.
a lifetime in a day or 100 years.
no one knows for sure.
how will we discover how to live our most
authentic truths? and with whom will we
share the precious seeds of awakening
to what is?
this is all i knowi love my life. every stupid, fantastic,
beautiful and absurd moment of it. i want to keep
living and embrace it more fully than i ever imagined
possible.
