Awww, I'm so sorry to hear that you are having all these financial problems. My advice would be to get a skype phone if you have high speed internet. It costs like 37 dollars a year and you can call anywhere. It isn't awesome, but its a lot better than no phone. You can get a skype phone for 10 bucks on ebay. I hope things are better soon!!
