I'm taking to the trend of updating in numbered sections.

1. We're going to move into out new place this weekend. I'm excited. But nervous. I've heard nothing but horror stories when it comes to pregnant women and trying to make them move houses.
But still. NEW CARPET AND KITCHEN OMG. I'm so happy about that. I want to get a detachable shower head for the shower though, it doesn't have one and that just something that makes life that little bit easier.
Speaking of the shower. You should see the step up to the shower box. It's mad. It has to be at least 20 cms. I fear for my safety.

2. I plan on applying for a credit card today. Bad idea! I hear most of you saying.
But it's kind of nessecary. Mum is kindly donating us $200 to get our first lot of groceries, which should suffice but then again we don't have any type of kitchenware. Knives and forks, plates, pots, pans, utensils, NOTHING.
We'll only have a limit of $500 and it's strictly for essential house items.

3. I want some art work to hang up around our new home. I want to get art pieces and then base the rest of the decor around the colours in the art. I like abstract pieces. Anyone willing to help out smile?
I'm no artist myself. But if anyone wants to do some art for me, then feel free....I'll quietly mention its my birthday at the end of the month *hint hint* The house is sort of dark when the sun isn't directly hiting it, so light pieces would be lovely biggrin Just putting that out there, send it straight back if you don't like it. tongue

4. I'm going out with my stepmother today to pick up a change table. I don't really like accepting presents from her. She tends to use it against me at some point or another. 'your father and I do so much for you' etc etc
Blah. Infact. I'm kind of starting to feel like a bit of a charity case. My Aunty has just bought us brand new toaster and jug and was offering to give us her dinning table set which we didn't take because it won't fit. And my grandparents just gave us a TV. Ah I don't know. Just feel like we're not doing anything for ourselves. Not to mention the new flat is being rented to us at a discounted price...
Am I complaining about people being too helpful?
It seems that way.
I don't knooowwwww. I love all the help everyone is giving us, I'm really appreciative.
Honest.

5. My sister and Aunty are organising a baby shower for me which is really awesome. And totally disregarding what I just said, I made a gift registry on babyfactory.co.nz which was super fun. Am going to the store today when I pick up the change table and I'll add more items to it. They only have a few of their exclusive items on the website so you actually have to go into the shop to add majority of it. Which is kind of annoying. I'm wondering if my friends will even know what a gift registry is, let alone how to go about using one. Haha oh dear. I figure its a good idea to make a registry because obviously all my friends are young and don't have babies and they'll most likely just buy any tiny, pink, froufy clothing they can find. I don't really need anymore clothes. I need bunny rugs...What the hell are bunny rugs anyway? All the websites and books keep telling me I need bunny rugs. I just imagine a skinned bunny lying on the floor of the living room :s

EXTRA ON #4. MY stepmother just texted me asking if I have time to go look at dinner sets and pots. Goddamnit.
I don't know how to deny her offer. And to be honest, the fact of the matter is, we can't afford to say no. ghs;rdkghsdkrsdkj;fbsd;kjfb

Right. After all of that. I think I should probably go get ready to go out. I've been sittin ghere for 2 hours with my makeup done and I'm in my robe. Still gotta hang out the washing.
Bah.

Have a good day my pretties <333
