That doesn't sound good at all. If for some reason I could be of any assisstance, I will do what I can for ya. Sometimes when I have things going on that make me feel like that, I just write it all down. Let my brain wander and just write. Not concerend about proper grammar or run on thought changing sentances. Just write. It gets it all out of your head that way. Sometimes I will send it to someone I know who is decent enough to tolerate me and it helps even more. I am not trying to pry, and maybe I am not the person to do such a thing with. I know doing that helps me. Sending it to someone you know but maybe not know well is better. Someone who knows nothing of the situation or has no preconceived notions about it your you because they don't know you. They have no real opinion or knowledge of you to have a real opinion. So they take it for simply what it is and nothing more. Wow I write too much. Sorry. I'm around if ever you need me. I offer because I have said and felt things just like you have written there. No matter what the situation is that brings you to that point, the feeling you get from it is the same.
