My dad's the same way, every time he and my step-mom get in a fight, he takes all the money and the car and leaves. She's on disability because she's so beyond diabetic and it's really all a sorrid deal. That sure would be stupid of some judge though, after 18 years. Hope your mum is doing well, regardless.
