I'm renovating the bathroom into a polynesian theme. I have the walls painted green. I'm gonna put a bamboo pole for the shower rod. And a few other odds and ends. What i'm missing bamboo weaving/matting to put over the tile on the walls. If anyone has any ideas please please please let me know. smile

Have you seen this book? Pad: The Guide to Ultra-Living by Matt Maranian. I think it might have something similar to what you're looking for - lots of waaayy cool ideas for funky decorating! We'd love to do a tiki-theme bathroom too one of these days. This whole book is just about the coolest thing ever:
