I really can't put it off anymore. I need to fast/detox. I eagerly anticipate feeling like shit for the next week. biggrin

try psyllium fiber and bentonite 2 times a day will clean you out from the inside out and you will feel great, Psyllium is a blant fiber they make metamucil with but better if you get the husks and bentonite is a mineral clay that soaks up internal toxins like a magnet and traps it as it passes out of your system. well the only other suggestion is drink like 10 glasses of pure water a day , its the cheapest and best way to clean out your system of toxins.
